With over 30 years’ experience in the Facilities Management sector, Mark has extensive hands on industry knowledge. Starting as a cleaner in the late 1990’s, Mark has worked his way through the ranks to be the owner and Managing Director of SPS Facilities. Having performed operational, administrative and sales roles during his career, Mark has a comprehensive understanding about the challenges faced by business owners within our industry. Embracing the benefits of education, Mark has completed a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science and the capstone Directors course with the Australian Institute of Company Director. Mark focuses his attention on establishing excellence in strategy and governance at all levels, thereby ensuring our vision for a positive future for all stakeholders is realised.

Peter Nipper

Peter is an experienced, self-employed business professional with a demonstrated history of working successfully in the facilities services industry. With a proven track record Peter is an accomplished management professional with over 25+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, operations management, and training. A collaborative leader who places emphasis on team dynamics, transparency, and professional development.

Mark Courtney

Mark is an accomplished economist, property analyst and researcher whose experience over thirty years uniquely positions him to provide professional leadership in property economics consultancy and real estate advisory.

He is an expert in property economic research and analysis across all property market asset classes. He is engaged to prepare strategic plans, needs assessments and market economic analysis including CBA’s, trend analysis, feasibility assessment, land use demand and supply assessments for all land uses including retirement, aged care and medical centres, childcare, highest and best use assessments as well as discrete and unique property market investigations. He prepares business cases for private and public sector clients, and expert witness reports across all sectors.

He advises private, listed and government clients and is an advocate of evidence-based research. For the public sector, he has been commissioned by each Australian State Government, numerous Local Councils, several Statutory Authorities, and others. He is currently commissioned by Australia’s most prominent REITs and private syndicates and counts among his clients Australia’s most prominent property developers and investors.

He has bachelor’s degrees in science and economics and master’s degrees in economics and property.
