Staff Training and Academy

We are committed to fostering a learning culture in all our workplaces. We provide continuous professional and personal support to our people. Safety is a key part of the training we provide to our cleaning staff. We require and pay new employees to attend off-site induction training for them to learn SPS management systems, AND policies & procedures in accordance with the client’s specific requirements. Further to this, employees are also paid to attend formal worksite inductions prior to commencing work at any of our client’s sites. We prepare individualised training plans for each of our employees and maintain records to track their progress. Supervisors continually assess staff competence and performance against our standards of excellence and client requirements. SPS supervisors and managers hold tertiary qualifications ranging from Certificate IV in Training, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts to Master of Business Administration.
